About Me
Here is a brief overview of my journey to becoming a UX UI designer.
🎓 Graduating as an Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer in 2015, I began my career in the tech industry. Engineering taught me discipline, analytical thinking, and problem-solving—skills that are invaluable in any profession. However, I soon realized that my true passion lay elsewhere.
🖌️ While working in engineering, I found myself drawn to design. What started as a hobby of creating digital art and experimenting with web layouts quickly turned into a passion. Whether it was designing websites, branding, or marketing materials, I found joy in creating visually appealing and functional designs that communicated effectively.
📐 Making the decision to shift careers wasn’t easy. It required courage, determination, and a willingness to start from scratch. I began by taking on design projects, focusing on building my portfolio and learning the tools of the trade.
💻 In 2016 I joined SJ Innovation as a full-time Web/Graphic designer, taking on roles that allowed me to explore the various aspects of this creative field. I focused on wireframes, UI design, and testing for websites and mobile apps while effectively communicating prototypes to project managers and developers. I also completed several UX design courses, enhancing my skills in user-centered design and usability testing to create more intuitive, impactful user experiences.
